This is Week One: Recovering A Sense of Safety. We will work with changing negative beliefs into positive affirmations, from Monday June 9th to Sunday June 15th 2008.
* daily morning pages [non-negotiable]
* artist’s date [non-negotiable]
* list three old enemies of your self-worth. [why?]
* select and write out one story from your history with these enemies.
* write a letter to the editor in your defense. Mail it to yourself if you like.
* list three old champions of your self worth. [compliments they gave?]
* Select and write out one happy piece of encouragement. Write a thank you letter and mail it to yourself or your lost mentor.
* if you had five other lives to lead, what would you do in each of them? Pick one and live it this week, creatively.
* add any other negative people or incidents to your list as you think of them. Take each negative and turn it into a positive affirmation.
* take your artist for a 20 minute walk.
