So the Christians and the Pagans sat together at the table
Finding faith and common ground the best that they were able
And where does magic come from, I think magic’s in the learning
Cause now when Christians sit with Pagans only pumpkin pies are burning
- Dar Williams [The Christians and the Pagans]
No matter what you believe
No matter where you are
No matter if you think that you’ve been good or bad
No matter if you hate the holidays, or embrace them happily:
I wish for you Peace
Happiness
Love.

I wish for you Peace, Love, Comfort, and Joy. You are unique in all the world and even though you’ve had some very rough experiences, you’ve come out stronger and more caring because of them. You’re a great friend and give so much kindness to so many. I hope the New Year brings you great things.

That’s a cute little rhyme. My mom used to ask me to say grace at the table because she accepted my non-denominational well-wishings.
